KFC Extreme Park Shah Alam….SUCKS

Yesterday I drove through KFC Drive Thru lane and ordered 2 snack plates and a box of nugget. Paid Rm20++ and drive straight to the collection counter. Nobody was there..and a minute later, a girl showed up and told me to park the car at a special parking lot and wait there. She promised that my food will be delivered anytime soon.

As instructed, i drove to the special parking lot and waited…and waited…and waited until 11 minutes later and after 4 cars which came later than me me being served and there is no sign of my meals. That just make me pissed off. Then another car park beside me, and a minute later the staff delivered her order. I cant stand this anymore and called the boy (the staff) who just delivered a bag of meal to the car next to me and ask him, while it took so long to delivered mine, while you can delivered other’s which came later than me?. The boy promised that he will check and walked back into the premise and…i waited another 2 minutes and….

I walked in, went to the counter and asked the staff “Why must i wait so long? and nobody even bothered to served me? It’s really pissed me off  looking at others which came later than me and got served?” The staff just quite…not a single word came out..even a simple word as SORRY and judging from his outfit, he must be a manager or something like that. A minute later, a staff (boy) quickly packed my meal…and without feel guilty just handed over the bag to me without saying anything and the others (other staff including manager i guess) plainly looking too…and know what, they did not give me the sauce and spoon pack too.

I dont need any fancy explanation, i dont want to know that your new staff get confused with orders…or any crap from you…I just want to hear you say SORRY. Thats it..is that so hard to do???

Well…for the KFC Management, please check who’s on duty on that particular day..Thursday 6th January 2011 at 5.20pm.

If drive thru take 15 minutes, i may just walk in to order rather than waiting stupidly in your fancy parking lot.

I deserved an apology! Will the apologize? ENTAHLAH..I dont know but i guess …NEVER!
