Fever plus Flu plus Cough equal to Supersick

Hi everyone,

Its been a while since my last article. Been busy with many things.

Today is my 3rd day – supersick. Fever and muscle pain is getting better but flu and cough is so stubborn, they just didn’t want to go away. So, i spent my days on the couch (turn to be bed) readings (which can’t really concentrate) and playing guitar (which i barely touch the strings because it’s coldness) and im wearing glove most of the time.

Last couple of days i went out a lot to do things. Despite warning from friends that i can easily get fever and flu at this weather (minus 6 during the days and minus 8-10 degree at nite) i still go out. So the result is rather fast. The next morning my throat sore and body temperature risen up.

Thick winter jacket, 3 layers of shirts, 2 layer of pants, 2 layer of socks and a good winter boot doesn’t do any good to me. I do take my medication regularly at suggested interval as written on the packaging box. Hope this sickness will go away soon. Now i end up lying on the couch (turn to be bed) all day long.

Its not a good way to spend a day aite?
