Hello,
I went to Sunway Pyramid this morning to watch the much awaited Pirates of The Caribbean 4th installation, On Stranger Tides.

The storyline is very simple. Its all about a quest of finding The Fountain of Youth. Jack Sparrow ends up working with a woman from his past Angelica (Penelope Cruz), with famed pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane) an an unusual accomplice/rival. Meanwhile Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) is working with the crown in some measure. Oh, and there are mermaids which is indeed a beautiful mermaids.

The whole opening and the first third of the film takes place in London. So the story start on dry land and there is an impostor that Jack is looking for. He then escapes from the palace, gets captured by King George and there is a huge carriage chase before he met Angelica.
2nd act, It’s a new ship, Blackbeard’s ship, the ‘Queen Anne’s Revenge.’ Then Barbossa has a new ship called the ‘Providence.’

The third act is this incredible jungle adventure through caves where they are looking for the Fountain of Youth.” Here is when we were introduced to a school of beautiful mermaids, when they captured one for the journey.

I cant really tell much about the plot and so on. As far as the story is concerned, its quite a good one even though it runs for almost 137 minutes (2 hour and 17 minutes). The story keep me awake through those hours. (unlike At World Ends which i slept).
If i were to compare this one over the past three, On Stranger Tides will only be at par. For me the first and second is still the best. The third (At World Ends) is the most boring.
Well… get a ticket and go figure! Will you like it? ENTAHLAH..I dont know.
